To our patients and neighbors:

Hooray!  We are slowly and carefully returning to our patient care duties at Coffman Vision Clinic.  Our office will be open Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm starting May 26th, by appointment only. We appreciate your patience during this hectic time.  The safety of our patients and our staff is extremely important to us.

Here are the details:

We will be open for routine eye exams and eye care, office visits, and emergencies, but not for new contact lens training.

We will be scheduling patients with our optician staff for dispenses, pick-ups, adjustments, frame styling, etc.

We are limiting the number of patients in the office at a time to increase safety.

An employee will greet patients at the door to check in, answer questions, and take temperature using non-contact equipment. Any temperature reading above 100 will be asked to repeat the screening again in 10 minutes or be sent home.

Our middle door will be EXIT ONLY, and our west door (near the Fred Meyer grocery entrance) will be ENTRANCE ONLY.

Any patient exhibiting any signs of any illness will be sent home.

Patients will be required to wear a mask to be admitted indoors. If patients do not own a mask, we can provide a disposable surgical mask for $1.

No extra family members will be allowed in the clinic except for guardians and language interpreters.

Patients choosing frames will be attended by an optician for styling and to collect discarded frame choices for disinfection.

All CVC employees will be wearing masks and disinfecting all contact points between patients.

Thank you for your continued patience during this difficult time. We are looking forward to seeing everyone very soon!

Sincerely,

Dr. C and the CVC staff

To our patients and neighbors:

Coffman Vision Clinic is still closed until further notice due to the COVID 19 outbreak.  However, we have a very limited staff to field questions and to provide emergency eyeglass and contact lens purchases.

We are not seeing patients for routine eye care or eye emergencies, yet.  We are eager to get back to our normal routine.  If you have need of a replacement pair of glasses, please leave a detailed message on our answering machine (541-389-4774) or write a request to info@coffmanvision.com. We are scheduling specific times for patients to conduct necessary face-to-face transactions at our clinic to avoid having multiple patients in the office at once. Of course we are taking all precautions possible to limit exposure, including employee masks and vigorous disinfection protocols for surfaces and frames.

Please check our website https://coffmanvision.com periodically for latest updates

Thank you for your patience during this difficult time. We hope to see everyone very soon and of course we wish good health for you and your loved ones.

To Coffman Vision Clinic patients and patient families,

Due to the Corona Virus outbreak, we are unable to see patients for eyecare or eyewear until further notice.

If you are experiencing an ocular emergency, please contact Orion Eyecare at 541-548-7170.

If you have need of emergency glasses or have questions, please contact our office. We are checking messages periodically, so please be patient.  We will contact you if you have glasses or contacts on order to set up a time for you to pick them up, or we can mail them to you for a $10.00 shipping fee.  You can also email questions to info@coffmanvision.com

I am very sorry for the inconvenience, and we will be back to work as soon as possible.  Stay safe, neighbors.  We are all in this together.”
